Our Condo (A Villa at Hilton Head Island)
You will find our condo has all the amenities
necessary to
enjoy your vacation on beautiful Hilton Head Island. Our condo has a very
nice Atlantic Ocean view and is only 75 yards to the beach and oceanfront
pool.
The unit sleeps six (maximum 4 adults) with a queen bed, 2 youth bunks and a sleeper/sofa (queen). The
kitchenette has a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker.
Also, there is a color television (cable), DVD player/VCR and AIWA stereo with CD.

We do not use the on-site rental agency. This way, we are able to offer our
villas to you at a much lower price.

1.) Confirm your desired vacation date with us by
e-mail or by telephone.
2.) Make a $150 deposit payment. Pay by check (payable to BARBARA COKER - address listed below) OR pay by Credit Card at PayPal (see below).
3.) You will receive a confirmation letter.
4.) Full payment (including taxes & refundable $25 key deposit) is due 21 days prior to the
start of your vacation. Pay by check or by Credit Card at PayPal
5.) Keys & other information (map, gate pass) will be mailed
after receipt of full amount due.
